All vacant stagings require an on-site preview appointment in order to prepare an accurate price quote. For example bigger rooms require more décor while smaller rooms may need petite scale furnishings. In order to create the most photogenic opportunities and maximize the effect of staging, it’s crucial to SEE the home in order to do this. These appointments are complimentary and also allow our staging consultant to get a true feel for what décor style is best suited for your property, strategize space challenges, and determine your home's bestselling features. The appointments can take 15-45 minutes.
Based on proven staging techniques, our staging consultants will evaluate your home inside and out, recommending cosmetic improvements that will create the most impact on potential buyers. These suggestions can range from replacing dated light fixtures and hardware, to repainting or upgrading counter tops, furniture removal/repositioning and exterior enhancements. Consultations take about an hour and start at $175-$300 depending on the size, location and condition of the property. A written summary will be drafted and sent to agent/home owner.
